Lordosi is a Spinal Curvature Disorders and its one of the commonest disorders to the vertebral spine it's increases the curve of your lower back, in the normally persons there is small curvature on the lower back, but in lordosis persons there is an excessive curve more than normal

Sign of lordosis 

1-bowel and bladder problems

2-pain

3-swelling

4-muscle spasm

5-numbness

How to know if i have lordosis ?

you can test yourself if there is lordosis, it's easy test, starting by lying in flat hard surface and then try to but your hand in the space in your lower back if there is small space that indicate to normal, but if there is larg space indicate lordosis

Causes of Lordosis 

1- Congenital

infant that born with lordosis spinal disorder 

2- poor postural

carry heavy object for long time   

3- Mal grow of the vertebra bones

4- Osteoporosis 

5- Obesity

6- pregnancy 

7- Kyphosis
