Physiotherapy Treatment for patient with lordosis
As we show in our last post What is Lordosis here we going to show you the physiotherapy treatment for lordosis ( swayback ) can be done under those important points
A- Strengthening exercises for core muscles and improve rang of motions (ROM)
B- Improve flexibility of spinal muscles by applying stretching exercises
1- Forward kneeling position
relax on this position and hold 15 sec each time repeat 3 time
2- Double knees to chest exercise
3- Lower Back Arch exercise
arch your lower and upper back and hold for 30 sec then relax repeat 3 time
C- Correct postural by using back brace
5- Medication to reduce pain and swelling
6- Diet program to loss weight
