Knee joint is a hinge joint, that formed from connect of 3 bones together femur, tibia and patella. Injures of the knee is different and it may lead you to total   knee replacement (TKR) and it safe successful operation, In total knee replacement there is 3 different components the first is component attached in the femur and the second is component attached in the tibia. The third is component comes under the kneecap. You may have two or three of these components, depending on what you and your surgeon have decided. your new knees will work good and give you wide range of motion, but less than a normal knee. here we can give you help about how to start after surgery and how to improve your knee motion to gain the most possible skills after the surgery


What after operation ?
physical therapist will see you in the first day after operation and ask several question like your medical history, your feels and comfortable , physical therapist will able passive range of motion for your knee and ask you about pain knee joint, you must now that pain, tenderness, swelling and difficult to use your knee may happen all this sign is indicated normal

what you should avoid ?
1- driving
2- over load on your knee
3- sexual relation
4- don't do any other operation or dental with out telling your surgeon

4- Stretching exercises for chest wall muscles for each exercises hold to 15 sec and relax , repeat to 5 time
