How do i know if i have Kyphosis ?
actually in the most cases its seen by your naked eyes but in cases primary or beginning cases you can try this test
1- stand in front of mirror
2- then detect your jugular notch " in between the two clavicle bone "
3- then turn to your side and use your other hand to feeling the vertebra bone in your neck by using your
fingers find the vertebra that is the basic of your neck or first vertebra of your body or the first thoracic vertebra
4- then look at the mirror if the jugular notch lower than first thoracic vertebra notch that's means you have kyphosis but if in the same line thats normal
I was in physical therapy for a while for this. I always had super bad posture but it wasn't the only thing that added to my condition. If I hadn't had it corrected in time I think I would be bent like a c now, I am so grateful that we can correct things if caught early.
